Snowy Mountains Resort is located in Adaminaby, the gateway to Mt Selwyn and Snowy Mountains. We offer Single, Double, Queen and Family Rooms, in Premium, Standard and Budget categories to suit you.

Guests can dine and wine in our licensed bistro restaurant, guests lounge & bar with cozy log fires and a large games room and entertainment area for the children.

Other guest facilities include guest laundry, barbeque areas, tennis court, and ample car parking, boat, coach and truck parking.
We cater for conferences, seminars and meetings. Our restaurant area can seat in excess of 100 people.

We are a short drive to most of the attractions in the area including Mt Selwyn, Yarrangobilly Caves, Snowy Hydro power stations, historic Kiandra, Mt Kosciuszko and the towns of Old Adaminaby, Talbingo, Cabramurra, Tumut, Cooma and Jindabyne.

Reception opens until 9:30 pm during snow season.

Check out : by 10 am. Late checkout - $20 per hour after 10am

Tariff will change if number of occupants exceed the number of beds used, or the number of guests stated in booking and confirmation letters.

Credit card details are used to secure the balance of this booking, and other charges that you may incur for the duration of your stay. Credit card surcharge of 2.25% for Amex, visa and mastercard applies.

Cooking is strictly prohibited. Fine of $ 250.00 applies (outside of 2 bedroom/5 bedroom house).

Payment Policy

We may process your credit card 3 days before arrival (non snow season).

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for snow season, special local events, and group bookings. The balance of 50% is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For Non- Snow Season: Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation of bookings to avoid full booking tariff from being charged.

For Snow Season and Special Local Events, Long Weekends and Group Bookings

$100.00 - for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival

50% of Total Booking - For cancellations 30 to 60 days prior to arrival

100% of total booking - For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival

We reserve the right to cancel this booking if credit card provided is declined for any reason.

The Property also reserves the right to cancel any booking should anything arise, which in its opinion absolutely renders the booking impractical. Should this occur, we will do our best to find suitable arrangements , failing which , all deposits will be paid and refunded, but no other claim, right or action shall exit in or be made by either party.
