Breakfasts at present will be served in your own units. Or you may cater for yourself in your own kitchenette. Self check in with key code also available.

Lightning Ridge offers many attractions such as the Artesian hot baths to relax before a good nights sleep. Chambers of the Black Hand is a mine with an artistic twist of sandstone carvings. A treat for the children. Aquatic Centre - Olympic Diving and Theme park also a hit with children. You can also do the famous Black Opal Tour . Historical Society and Australian Opal Centre a must to see.You will not be lost for things to do. You need at least 3 days to explore Lightning Ridge and another day to visit the 3 pubs in the scrub , Glengarry Hilton , Grawin Pub in the Scrub Sheepyard Inn. Conditions of Tenancy
Please read carefully.
Booking will commence at 2pm on the day of your arrival and finish at 10am on the day of your departure, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Strictly no smoking on premises. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside.
Sunset Suite: unit 2 back of house. The number of occupants must not exceed two.
Miners Suite: unit 3 back of house. The number of occupants must not exceed two.
Opal Suite: unit 5 front of house .The number of occupants must not exceed two.
Butterfly Room: unit 4 front of house. The number of occupants must not exceed 4
Whole premises the total number of occupants must not exceed 10
Payment taken on arrival.
A code for key can be emailed or text to you. Key safe next to your door.
Press numbers then top lever to open. To start again or replace key press clear button, numbers again and top lever.
The tenant will be responsible for damage to the premises or loss of or damage to any items in the premises.
Any printed, written or verbal description of the premises by management or employee will be made in good faith. However no responsibility for contested description can be accepted.

Payment Policy

1.Credit Card details are required to secure your booking.
2. Full payment processed on arrival date.
3. All cancellations within 14 days of arrival will require full payment.
4. No show will incur full payment.

Cancellation Policy

At least 14 Days notice before arrival must be given for all cancellations .
Full payment required if less than 14 days notice is given for cancellations.
