Squatters Homestead Motel is under new ownership, the new improved squatters motel with a new king room, all rooms have a mini snack bar for your convenienced, is family owned and run and offers friendly service featuring 10 quality ground floor units with off street parking (part under cover). It is situated in the heart of town and is a short walk to the Visitor Information Centre, Post Office, banks, shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants, takeaway outlets, churches, museums and historic buildings. It is a short walk or a few minute’s drive from the railway station The nearest airport is only a 20 minute drive.
We are conveniently located within walking distance of the local RSM, local cafes and also a number of restaurants and local pubs

One older child or adult is charged AUD 15 per person per night in an extra bed.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 15 per person per night when using existing beds.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets are not allowed.
Late Arrival: Please call ahead if arriving late. Our Office is open until 8PM.
On arrival a registration form has to be filled out to accept our rules and regulations of the The House - which are displayed in the reception area.

A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
