Squatters Homestead Motel is under new ownership, the new improved squatters motel with a new king room, all rooms have a mini snack bar for your convenienced, is family owned and run and offers friendly service featuring 10 quality ground floor units with off street parking (part under cover). It is situated in the heart of town and is a short walk to the Visitor Information Centre, Post Office, banks, shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants, takeaway outlets, churches, museums and historic buildings. It is a short walk or a few minute’s drive from the railway station The nearest airport is only a 20 minute drive.
We are conveniently located within walking distance of the local RSM, local cafes and also a number of restaurants and local pubs

A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
