Terms & Conditions

We endeavour to create a beautiful and relaxing home away from home for you and trust that you will treat our property with the same respect you would your own. While we don't expect you to clean on departure, we appreciate you washing up any kitchen items used and leave the apartment neat and tidy.
We understand the importance of pets to many people and therefore have made an effort to make our accomodation pet friendly. In return we ask that you clean up any dropings or mess made by your pet, ensure that they do not disturb any neighbours and are kept off the beds .
There is no smoking inside our accomodation, if smoking does occur inside a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. There are comfortable outside areas areas available for smoking. We request that all buts are disposed of thoughfully outside the property.
