Studio 367 provides modern, unique and private accommodation in two architecturally designed studios. It offers boutique accommodation for the traveller looking for something other than a motel. The studios are open plan with a private ensuite and features designer style furnishings in a modern, light filled space with king size beds, high ceilings and garden surrounds.

Each studio has been designed by local architect Craig Stevens and feature a range of unique hand crafted elements. A curved hand trowelled clay plaster wall is beautiful to look at and and touch and also cleverly creates a unique circular shower in the large bathroom.

Raking ceilings soar to great heights and high level windows let in an abundance of light. Double sliding doors open up the studio to the outside gardens and a deck or courtyard offers a lovely location to enjoy the sunset.

The studios have King size beds with quality linen.

A keyless touch pad allows for 24 hour check in.

Check in time is 2pm. Check out is 10am.
Prices quoted include GST.
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
The number of guests cannot exceed 2 adults. Babies in cots welcome.
The owner will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owner reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guest's responsibility during their stay.
On departure please leave the property in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. You authorise us to charge you $150 if you smoke or cause damage in the studio. This fee will be used to cover the cost for specialist cleaning (to make the room fit for sale as a non smoking environment). You authorise us to charge this amount to the payment card used in your Booking. We may refuse to accept bookings from you in future.
Please smoke away from the studio and ensure studio doors are closed so that no smoke enters the studio. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the garbage bins located near the driveway & garage and ensure butts are not alight before disposing of them in these bins.
The owner takes no responsibility for the guest's personal property.

Cancellation Policy

If your booking is cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival, a full refund will be returned to you.

For cancellations received within 7 days of scheduled arrival date deposits will not be refunded unless the studio is rebooked. A credit can be offered for a future booking.

Cancellations (including no-shows) received within 48 hours of arrival will incur the full accommodation fee.
