The Sun Worship villas show how eco-designed buildings can be both stunningly beautiful and thoroughly liveable. These five Crescent Head holiday homes place a tiny resource footprint on our planet, making them world-class examples of green housing. They use recyclable building materials, such as rammed earth walls, and employ passive heating and cooling design to maintain a perfect living temperature.

The villas' interior layout is superb for holiday living (and temperature-controlling airflow). Doors and wall panels can be opened up, providing the sensation of being in an even larger indoor-outdoor space. The intelligent design enables a large family (and your doggie too!) to be comfortably accommodated, depending on the villa.

Terms & Conditions

Point Break Realty Conditions of Tenancy

1. Point Break Realty reserves the right to refuse any booking request it deems not to be in the best interest of the owner or the property. Point Break Realty offers privately owned homes in residential areas for the purposes of family holidays or a relaxing get away. They are not for use as “party venues”. Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will result in immediate cancelation of your stay with no refund.
2. ARRIVAL AND PAYMENT - Total tariff must be paid before keys are made available.
Keys to be collected from our office during normal office hours: Mon – Fri 9-5pm or Saturday 9-2pm. Access to the holiday property is not before 2pm. If you are arriving outside of business hours full payment must be made before arrival. BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID 1 MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL. All keys are to be returned to our office, Shop 4 Rankine Street Shops, Crescent Head.
3. BOND - Credit card details are collected and securely held in lieu of a bond payment to be charged against in the event that is any unpaid tariff, damage or breakages occur or extra cleaning or excess rubbish removal is required after your occupancy up to an amount of $500. Upon arrival you must notify our office of any items of concern in your holiday property.
4. DEPARTURE - Departure time is 9am unless other arrangements made with our office.
5. PETS - Definitely NO pets allowed in any holiday property (unless specifically designated as pet friendly).
6. TENTATIVE BOOKINGS - Tentative bookings are confirmed with payment of deposit to be received within 10 days of booking along with the signed Holiday Accommodation Confirmation. If deposit payment and signed and completed Holiday Accommodation Confirmation is not received by the due date your tentative booking will be cancelled without further notification.
7. DEPOSIT PAYMENTS - A deposits of 50% of the total tariff is required to confirm your booking.
The balance is due one month before arrival, and you will be sent an email reminder. If you have not supplied us with an email address you will not receive a reminder - so make a note on your calendar.
ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ATTRACT A 1% FEE.
8. OWNER HAS FIRST RIGHT OF OCCUPANCY - All bookings are made in good faith but may be subject to change as may be notified by the owner of the property prior to you taking up occupancy. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owner but will make every effort to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.
9. BOOKING FEE: A booking fee of $20.00 is payable on every booking.
10. CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation the deposit will only be refunded if the property is relet for the full term of the original booking. Please note a cancellation fee of $50 plus the original booking fee of $20.00 will be deducted from any refund allowed. Any monies paid are considered deposit monies.
11. DAMAGE OR BREAKAGES - Any damage or breakages must be reported and paid for. No items must be removed from the property for any reason.
12. RATES - Rates quoted are on a weekly basis. Peak period bookings are Saturday to Saturday only. Outside these times bookings are accepted for broken weeks and rates quoted on request.
13. CLEANING FEE - A cleaning fee is payable on single night bookings.
14. LINEN - You must supply your own linen and towels unless the specification sheet states otherwise. Under no circumstances should beds be used without linen.
15. STRATA BYLAWS - All tenants of strata units must comply with the By- laws as per the Strata Titles Act 1996.
16. PERIOD OF OCCUPANCY- The premises are let for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the receipt.
17. PERSONAL PROPERTY - No responsibility accepted for personal property on the premises during your stay or left on the premises after departure.
18. CLEANING - Tenants are required to leave premises clean and tidy. Washing up to be done and dishwashers emptied floors to be vacuumed and cleaned, all garbage to be placed in the bins provided. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
19. Our Forward Bookings Policy: Bookings are taken no more than 12 months in advance from the time of booking. You must rebook your desired property and pay the deposit before departing.
20. Please note that all prices, specifications, fees and conditions of letting are subject to change without notice. All bookings are made in good faith and Point Break Realty will not be responsible for or make refunds to people who are not satisfied with the accommodation they have booked. (Note: this means whether or not said premises have been inspected by the tenant prior to booking.)
21.Point Break Realty participate in the Bad Books register. By accepting this booking and our Terms and Conditions you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, including any guests, breach our Terms and Conditions then your Name, Phone Number and Email address along with details of the breach/breaches may be disclosed to the property landlord and/or other agents participating in the Bad Books register. Point Break Realty reserves the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered in Bad Books
