Our Accommodation consists of King Suites , Family rooms and an Economy option of a Twin Queen Room with shared amenities.
Located half way between Sydney and Brisbane, it's the perfect little getaway, surrounded with luxuriant bush and beach only a 3 minute drive from the village of Crescent Head.

Terms & Conditions

General

Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the SURFARIS RETREAT’ website and payments via payment gateway system through SURFARIS RETREAT. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.

ARRIVAL & STAYING
You confirm that you will comply to the Guest Code of Conduct throughout your stay.

Arrival & Departure
For arrivals after 4:00 pm please contact reception prior to your arrival to arrange after hours key collection. Check in time is from 2:00 pm and check out time is before 11:00 am.

Late Check-Out
Late checkouts are available upon request. Please contact Reception to check availability. An additional late check-out $20 fee will be applied.
We reserve the right to charge up to a $200 fee for excess cleaning. This includes additional cleaning, dry cleaning and carpet cleaning.

Child Policy
1 Infant sleep for free on existing bedding or with guest private cot, on top of the maximum allowed guests per motel room. Infants are not permitted in shared accommodations.
Children between 2 and 5 will be given a discounted rate in the shared accommodation only.
For the purposes of this clause:
“Child” or “Children” means a person or persons aged between 2 years and 17 years;
“Infant” means a person under the age of 2 years;
and “Adult” means a person aged 18 years or over. All ages will be determined from the date at which accommodation commenced. Children and Infants may not stay in any room without an Adult.

No Pet and Noise Policy
For the comfort and consideration for all our guests we operate a “No Pets” (To the exception of registered Assistance Dogs) and “No Noise after 10pm " to ensure our guests have a pleasant and uninterrupted stay. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion, we also reserve the right to have guests removed from the premises without refund.

Alcohol & Non-Smoking policy
The property is a licensed venue, alcohol can be purchased through the bar/reception.
Smoking is forbidden in all the buildings present on the property.

Internet Access
SURFARIS RETREAT offers Wi-Fi internet access SURFARIS RETREAT cannot be held responsible for non-availability of the Internet network, inability of accessing the Website, external intrusion, computer viruses, or non-authorized online transactions using our Wi-Fi access.
Foreign Currency
Conversion into foreign currency is given as an indication and is not binding. Only the currency confirmed during your reservation is confirmed.

Privacy Policy
Security of your personal information
Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorized access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfill our obligations to you.
We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.

Payment Policy

PAYMENTS

Guarantee Policy
A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking, .
No shows will also be charged in full.
Fees with no refunds if not notified 30 days before booking.

All credit / debit card payments made to Surfaris Retreat via an onsite payment system will incur a 1.5% non-refundable credit card service fee in Australia (VISA, MASTERCARD), 2.5% (AMEX) non-refundable credit card service fee.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

All Venue hire deposits are non- refundable however if you wish to move dates we are more than happy to accommodate you.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Specific terms & conditions may apply for bookings booked during a peak period.(Christmas, New Year's Eve period and Easter.)
