The townhouse is STRICTLY NON SMOKING

Guest address details to be provided at booking.
Guest phone numbers to be provided at booking to allow for check-in instructions.
There is a cleaning fee of $150 per stay.
Rooms are not serviced. If servicing is required the cleaning fee will be $150 for each service required.
No pets are allowed.
The full amount of the booking needs to be paid upon booking.

Every attempt will be made to accommodate guest requests for early check-in and late check-out. However during peak periods check in will be from 1:00pm and checkout by 10:00am to allow for cleaning.

Payment Policy

The booking will only be confirmed once payment is made and received. Guests can either transfer funds directly through the bank account provided or STRIPE or provide a credit card which will be debited on booking. There is no facility at the townhouse to accept payments.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will incur a $30 service charge.

There will be no penalty (other than the $30 service charge) for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

There will be no penalty (other than the $30 service charge) for bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no shows or early departure will forfeit the full amount of the booking.
