Sweetwater Lodge is a tropical haven on 160 acres offering outstanding Australian style accommdodation, a unique and exclusive holiday experience in nature's pradise. Our private self-contained purpose built accommodation is surrounded by the Mt Lewis Mountain Range bordering the World Heritage listed Wet Tropics region, in the Port Douglas Hinterland/northern tip of the Atherton Tablelands, boasting freshwater creek, private rainforest walk and stunning mountain views.
Free wi-fi available at our main residence with some restrictions due to our satellite broadband usage limitations. Fine for emails/general internet use.
Optus network mobile phone coverage at property. Telstra at front gate only.

Terms & Conditions
Standard check-in time is between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. We kindly request that you give us some idea of your expected arrival time prior to your arrival date. If for some reason you would like to arrange a time outside of these hours please contact us beforehand. Check-out is 10:00am unless by prior arrangement with management.
No smoking within the lodges.
Pets sometimes allowed - ONLY by prior agreemant with management.
Payment Policy
$ 100 deposit upon booking with balance payable on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Any reservation cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the paid deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the original booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours or "no shows" will result in 100% of the booking fee being deducted from guests' credit card account.
All cancellations must be in writing.
There will be no refund for any nights of the original booking if guests have to depart early for any reason.
