Property Information
Sydney Park Hotel
Sydney Park Hotel is situated on the main street in Newtown, a diverse, bohemian neighbourhood that bustles with activity day and night. There are endless amounts of local restaurants, bars, cafes & breweries within walking distance as well as beautiful Sydney Park right across the road.
We are located directly alongside St Peters train station as well as being on a major bus route, making travel to all areas of Sydney very accessible. The International and Domestic airport is a short 10 minute taxi ride away.
Each of the eight rooms are unique, decked out with custom made furniture, luxury linen & locally sourced touches.
Guests also have access to a communal kitchen and and dining space offering coffee and tea, cooking facilities and fridge. We also have a cafe located downstairs that operates from 6am to midday. Our restaurant is also open midday to 9pm daily.
Please note as our building is heritage listed and in it's original condition, all rooms have access shared bathroom facilities. Males and female facilities are separate. No rooms have a private ensuite.

Terms & Conditions
When making a booking, you accept on behalf of your party all booking terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of booking.
Standard check-in time is 2 pm where possible we may be able to offer early check-in, please contact reception the day of arrival to see if that is possible. We are able to hold any of your luggage at reception.
A credit card must be provided a time of booking and all reservations prepaid in advance by a valid credit card. Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need a written authorization sent by the credit card holder with a copy of his credit card and a copy of his ID. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the credit card he used for this prepaid reservation or if we did not receive the authorisation before arrival.
Any damage, loss or expense incurred as a result of a breach of these terms & conditions will be charged against your credit card. Examples include but are not limited to breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements (Managements discretion). All rooms are non-smoking however smoking is permitted outside.
An extra cleaning fee of $150 per hour will be charged if the room requires excessive cleaning. This includes smoking in the rooms.
A late check-out from 11 am - midday will incur a $50 fee on top of your nightly rate. A late check-out after midday will incur an additional nights charge.
Lost keys / Locked out - In the instance that you misplace your keys please see the manager on duty at the bar for assistance. If you have locked yourself out after hours please try to contact the venue first on (02) 9557 1188. We are generally here until 1.30am. If after this time call Will on 0411 885 413. Please note any lost keys will incur a $50 fee. Any after hour call outs will incur a $150 fee.
Sydney Park Hotel has a minimum age of 18 for any guests checking in.
After 10pm all noise is to be kept to a minimum. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Disturbance to other guests and including excessive noise and music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
In the case of a guest setting off the building's fire alarm, the tenant will be fully responsible for covering this cost. This sits at $1600 for a call out. Guests are to be extremely careful when cooking and do not leave anything unattended that could cause harm, ie iron, stovetop, toaster etc. Strictly no smoking in the building at all.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa & Mastercard.
100% of the total booking will be charged to the credit card supplied upon booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will not incur a fee if more than 24 hours notice from check in time is given (2pm the day of travel).
If within 24 hours of travel, the full rate of the booking will be charged.
