Tanjil Creek Private Lodge is a unique property that offers luxury accommodation in all of the 4 bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. When booking individual rooms the lodge has shared facilities ; a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge and drying room, with all being at affordable prices.

Wake up to see a pristine Alpine Environment and soak up the atmosphere in this natural haven.– all year. The owners are committed to customer service and to the Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort to preserve its natural environment. We aim to host our guests to have the best visitor experience.

The Property has been upgraded for six years in a row, to its current 4 star standard with the most recent addition being the upgraded bathrooms. The property is ideal for couples, families & social groups up to a maximum of 19 people. Our friendly Guest Services team can advise you on adventure options, services and resort activities.

The decor is fresh and modern and the furnishings are brand new. It has its own private en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette which includes a mini fridge, microwave and kettle so you can make hot and cold drinks in your room. All linen (bedding and towels) are provided.

The Lodge caters perfectly for families and social groups – Sleeps 15 people and up to 4 rollaway beds or 3 cots when required. It consists of four separate lockable bedrooms which have their own private lockable bathrooms (two ensuited) and TV's. It is recognized as the mountains premium, quality privately owned Lodge. All linen (bedding and towels) are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen with the mezzanine dining area, enables great social meals. The Lounge area has several couches, chairs and stools with a cosy gas log fire and a big television screen which includes Netflix and free premium WiFi. It has floor to ceiling  windows with terrific views of all the action on the Toboggan Run and Maltese Cross Ski Lift. There is also a very effective Drying Room.

BOOKINGS IN THE WHITE SEASON (June/July/August/Sept)
- Weekend bookings are in Friday out Sunday (two night minimum stay)
- Weekday bookings are in Sunday out Friday.

Check-in Time: 3:00pm
Check-out Time: 10:00am

PLEASE NOTE :
• Tanjil Creek Lodge has a No smoking policy.
• Check out time is strictly 10.00am. If you would prefer a more relaxed check out, please organize this beforehand at $40 per hour.
• Management reserves the right to charge for any damages (including drawing on the leather couches), breakages or theft that occurs by you or your guests during your stay.
• Accommodation is to be left in a clean and tidy condition by checkout in all areas. In the event that the guest leave dishes unwashed or rubbish lying around an extra cleaning charge of $50 / hour will be made from the nominated credit card to cover for the extra time taken for housekeeping.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay without parental/guardian supervision.
• No pets or domestic animals are allowed at the Resort, cause we are part of the Baw Baw National Park, the only exception being for service animals.
• The lodge accommodates 15 people, the only extra charges will be for rollaway beds/cots at $20 per night, including linen and towels.

By booking with us you declare that you display no signs of Coronavirus symptoms, nor have you been in contact with a person who has Coronavirus (COVID-19) or have been directed to self isolate by a health professional.

Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Cancellations
1. A cancellation must be made in writing. 

2. Individual bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival are nonrefundable
3. Individual bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund.
4. Individual bookings cancelled outside 60 days of arrival will receive a 100% refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
5. Changing dates may be considered a cancellation. 

6. Refunds may be due to customers in extreme conditions or circumstance such as road closures due to incident. 

7. Refunds are NOT PROVIDED as a result of lack of snow or poor weather conditions or power outages or events beyond the resort's control. 

8. No shows will be considered a cancellation. 

9. Resort entry is payable for every vehicle during the declared snow season and is non-refundable as it covers use and maintenance of the road and parking fees. Resort entry must be paid to cover from your day of arrival to and including your day of departure. 


• COVID CANCELLATION POLICY - bookings that are affected by a Covid Lockdown and unable to travel due to government restrictions may receive a full refund (Less an Admin Fee of $50.00) or transfer to another date.

TRAVEL INSURANCE & VICTORIAN AMBULANCE INSURANCE. Holiday
plans can be disrupted and we are aware that cancellation fees can be
expensive. For this reason we recommend you take out appropriate travel
insurance and/or Victorian Ambulance cover when booking your holiday. It is
generally inexpensive and offers valuable peace of mind, and some
insurance companies cover no snow occurrences.
