Check in: From 14.00 hours on the day of arrival until 20:30 hours. (Late check in by prior arrangement only).
Smoking: Guests are NOT permitted to smoke in the rooms
Guests MUST check-in to the QR Code / Service Victoria App.
Payment: Full payment payable on arrival
No pets allowed.
Strictly a 5 km speed limit on the property.
All guests must advise at least one contact number, email address (where possible) and a address confirmation (Postcode at minimum).
Guests are liable for any breakage and / or damages incurred during their stay.

Payments may be made by credit card (as indicated for on-line bookings ) or by cash or EFTPOS at the motel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be advised a minimum of 24 hrs prior to 2pm on the day of check-in.

Any other cancellations or no shows will incur a minimum penalty of one days tariff.
