Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking:
Rates are based on twin share (2 adults) a surcharges applies for additional occupants at the rate of $10.00 per adult and $5.00 per child per night.
No charges apply for infants under 3 years of age. 

Minimum stays of 2 nights apply year-round, 1 night only bookings will insure a surcharge of $50.00
Minimum stays apply on all accommodation during long weekends, Holiday and Christmas periods.
Tariffs are current at time of booking but may be subject to change without notice.
We do not accept bookings from minors.

Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices, sites and conditions at any time without notice.
Every effort will be made to accommodation specific site and/or cabin preferences. However, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Linen is not provided in booking, please contact the office for linen hire options.
Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunks as per the Australian / New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS 4220).
Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Studios & Cabins are available from 1pm. Check out is 10am.
Check in times to be discussed upon booking.

Payment Policy

All bookings require a deposit of 50% of their stay to provide confirmation.
Full payment is required 3 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Changes & Cancellation:
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will be refunded minus the administration fee of $25.00.
Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of their deposit.
Please note we do not provide refunds for early departures or bad weather.
