Individuals wishing to stay with the Tasmanian Rover Ski Club, must become Affiliate Members. Affiliate Membership is an additional cost of $1 per person.

The lodge is a family style hostel. Rooms are heated and include a bottom sheet, pillow and pillow case. You must supply your own sleeping bags or quilts and towels (including hand towels and bath mats). Linen hire is available for interstate guests as an optional extra when booking.

Kitchen, dining and lounge areas offer self-catering facilities. There are no restaurants, pubs, shops or petrol stations on the mountain, and you must bring your own food and beverages. Kitchen and Common areas to be cleaned after each use. Remember, other people have to use these areas so please be as courteous as possible. As a hostel, prior to check out it is required that each room be cleaned and vacuumed.

As the lodge is located within the Ben Lomond National Park, all visitors are required to have a current Parks Pass (details here: www.parks.tas.gov.au/entry-fees). If you drive to the top of the mountain you must carry snow chains and will be required to fit them to your vehicle when the weather or a park ranger dictates. Alternatively, there is usually a shuttle bus from the lower car park to the top of the mountain during snow season, details are available at www.tasmania.ski and it may be possible to book outside of usual operating hours with 48 hours notice - please note at times this service may not operate due to circumstances outside Rovers control. The lodge is located 160m along Village Road, and you will need to transport your own luggage from the car park to the lodge.

Infants: You must supply your own bedding for infants, or use the existing bedding in the room - no additional bedding can be supplied. Infants must also become Affiliate Members, and you must select the Infant Affiliate Fee under Extra's when booking the room.

Check-In is after 4PM, and Check-Out is prior to 10AM. Luggage storage is available on request. Lodge facilities are not available before Check-In or after Check-Out, public shelter facilities can be used. All bookings must include an Adult over the age of 18 years. Children are between 4 and 18 years, infants are up to 3 years.

The Tasmanian Rover Ski Club reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to:
- eject any person without refund for unsocial or inappropriate behaviour (including use or possession of illegal substances).
- charge a reasonable amount to the credit card used for the booking to cover any damage caused.
- charge a cleaning fee of up to $100 per room to the credit card used for the booking if the room is not left in a satisfactory condition prior to departure.
- charge a late check out fee up to a full nights rate to the credit card used for the booking if the room is not vacated by 10AM on the day of departure.
- place bookings in a different room to which was booked provided there are sufficient sleeping spaces for the number of persons in the booking.

Tasmanian Rover Ski Club accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of any property left on the premises prior to, during or after a stay. Only persons listed on a booking and paying an affiliate member fee are permitted to use the facility - visitors are not permitted. For the comfort of other members, noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited within the lodge or within 3 metres of any external doorway. It is highly recommended that persons arrange appropriate insurance cover for the duration of their stay.

Payment of the entire accommodation fee is required to confirm Booking. Payments by Visa & MasterCard attract a 2.1% surcharge, payments by American Express attract a 3.1% surcharge.

If you receive an emailed invoice with an outstanding balance, you need to pay this to confirm your booking. Please call (03) 6349 1100 to pay by credit card. Thank you.

Cancellation of booking greater than 30 days ahead of the booking - 50% of accommodation fee returned.

Cancellation of booking less than 30 days ahead of the booking - no refund.
No refund on Associate Membership fees.
