We take full payment prior to arrival on the day of your check in date.
If checking in after 10pm please contact us to arrange after hours check in
Check-out by 10am. If the check-out occurs after this time the hotel reserves the right to charge an extra nights-stay.
Photo ID and credit card will be sighted upon check in.
Bookings must be paid in full prior to check in.
Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
The hotel reserves the right charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay.

Cancellations will be allowed up until 2.00pm, 24 hours prior to your booked arrival date. Cancellations received after this time will be charged the first night room rate.
