ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Check-in time is from 2pm. Check-out time is prior to 10am - later departure times can be arranged, subject to availability, however applicable day-use charges or an additional night’s fee may also apply.
SELF-CHECK IN
The Cove Kettering provides contactless self-check in for all arrivals - details of this will be advised on the day of arrival.
ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES
Standard occupancy is two persons per room. Additional nightly fees apply for reservations with more than two adults. Additional bedding (sofa bed) available on request and will incur additional fees.
SMOKING POLICY
The Cove Kettering is 100% smoke free - including balconies. Failure to comply will result in a penalty charge at the discretion of the Management.
INCIDENTALS POLICY
A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in and will be pre-authorised to cover additional charges.
Payment Policy
All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by provision of credit card details or full payment. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use that credit card and you authorise The Cove Kettering to charge the cost of your booking to this credit card.
Payment is required prior to check in.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy requires reservation cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2pm, AETD, 48 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit all monies.
Failure to arrive will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be given.
If you book a non-refundable accommodation package you will not be refunded under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to cancellation, illness, injury, death, loss of luggage etc. including Covid-19 related cancellations.
