We’re conveniently located only 5 mins from the Matiatia passenger ferry terminal, and a short stroll down to the golden sands of Oneroa Beach. Oneroa’s art galleries, clothing boutiques, restaurants, and bars are all nearby. Waiheke Island is packed with a wealth of options to keep you entertained during your stay.
Both Conde Nast Traveller and Travel & Leisure have voted Waiheke onto their annual lists of best islands. In 2016 Lonely Planet voted Waiheke the fifth best island. Even the weather is better, averaging 2 degrees warmer than Auckland with more average sunshine hours.

CHECKIN / CHECKOUT
*Check-in from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Please contact us 72 hours in advance to let us know if you need to arrive outside these times so we can arrange a self Check-Inn
*Check out is at 11 am unless pre arrange with hotel reception. Additional fees and charges may apply for a late check out.
*Breakfast is served from 9:00 am until 10.30 am. Family and friends of our guests can join you for breakfast at a cost of $25 per person (T&C apply)
Payment Policy
*We take full payment at the time of your booking to secure your reservation.
* If you have a gift voucher, please call us to make your reservation on 09 372 2222
Cancellation Policy
The Oyster Inn is a very small hotel therefore we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
*We agree to a full refund within 48 hours of your booking.
* To receive a full refund your cancellation needs to be made 30 days prior to your arrival.
* If your stay is cancelled due to a Covid-19 lockdown, we can either offer you a new date or a credit voucher to the same value (excluding third party commissions). Please be aware that booking an new date may be a at a different rate and a balance owing.
*If a cancellation fee applies, it will be charged to the credit card number supplied to confirm your reservation.
* In the event of a cancellation within our notice periods where penalties apply, we will do our best to on sell the room. If successful, we will offer an accommodation voucher to the value of the penalties applied.
