Front desk hours:
Monday to Sunday, 8:00AM - 12:30PM and 1:30PM - 12:00AM
Closed on Christmas and New Year day.

An on-site manager is available to check-in guests arriving outside front desk hours. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform our front desk in advance by email to info@setupdixon.co.nz or call 04 830 0991 for further details.

For early check-out, guests can leave keys in the drop off box to check out before 10:00AM, there will be $63.25 charge if you lose the room key.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

We have a no party policy and a no-smoking policy in our building. Full payment is required upon or before check-in.

Payment Policy

No payment is required at the time of booking (see exception below), a valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation.

For non-refundable (prepaid) bookings, the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

If you have prearranged a multi-week booking directly with us, we will contact you for a separate payment terms and conditions.

The Setup on Dixon reserves the rights to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. (e.g. the latest to cancel a reservation checking in on 8 April 15 is 23:59 on 5 April 15. Cancellation made from 00:00 on 6 April will incur cancellation charge).

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

For non-refundable (prepaid) bookings, reservation cannot be amended or modified. If cancelled or modified, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If you have prearranged a multi-week booking directly with us, reservation cannot be amended or modified once the lump sump payment is received. If cancelled or modified, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
