A restored period residence, positioned directly opposite Tatlows Beach and at the base of the plug of an extinct volcano standing approximately 150 metres high, known as The Nut. Our location takes in sweeping views across Sawyers Bay, and of course upward to the impressive and towering Nut. The Circular Head area, and the township of Stanley in particular, is a much-loved tourist destination and has something for everyone; be they adventurer, explorer, romantic, naturalist, historian or fisherman.
Property 1 - The Ark Stanley situated at 18 Wharf Road was acquired by the new owners in early 2008 and has been tastefully restored, renovated and enhanced. With an eclectic decor, paying homage to yesteryear and planning for the future, an outstanding home has been created which is proudly offered for guest accommodation. Guests may select from any one of the five queen suites each with private ensuite facilities, wall mounted television, refrigerator, welcome supplies and commanding views.
Property 2 - Noah's, situated at 3 Victoria Street was acquired in 2015 and has also been extensively renovated to include two guest King suites with large ensuites including double showers and modern facilities.
Awake at The Ark to the beautiful water views and the sound of water lapping at the foreshore. Take a seat on the spacious front verandah, relax or meet with others in the guest lounge area, watch with your birds-eye view the water sports often at play on the bay, or simply enjoy a glass of wine and marvel at the breathtaking sunsets viewed from our unique location.
When situated at Noah's in Victoria Strreet you have the same luxury, and are a 1-2 minute walk from the majority of shops, restaurants and the Stanley Hotel.
Free-wi-fi is included, all suites have a motion detector/remote controlled air purifying air conditioning and heating system and a Complimentary Continental Breakfast is provided.

In the event we are away from the property during check in time, every effort will be made to contact you prior to your arrival to arrange your access to the suite. You, in turn, may contact us at any time on 0421 695 224 or email thearkstanley@bigpond.com should you have any queries or consider you might be arriving a little later than 5pm.
FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS AT NOAH'S:
If you have booked with us direct, either via phone, email or through our own website , then for stays of two or more nights we will include a complimentary bottle of wine. We greatly appreciate your direct booking and thank you.
BREAKFAST:
Noah's at 3 Victoria Street - A daily continental breakfast is included for each person in the reservation.
The Ark Stanley at 18 Wharf Road - A daily cooked and continental breakfast is included for each person in the reservation.
BOOKINGS:
- All accommodation is subject to availability.
- We endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserve the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings.
- A booking confirmation email must be obtained. If a booking confirmation email is not obtained, the booking is not confirmed.
- It is the responsibility of guests to review the booking confirmation email and promptly advise us if there are any errors or misunderstandings.
- By providing credit card details, guests warrant they have the authority to use the credit card and they authorise us to charge the cost of their booking(s) to that credit card.
- Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

Full payment will be required 14 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.
A no show for check in will be treated as a cancellation.
A cancellation confirmation email must be obtained. If a cancellation confirmation email is not received, the booking remains in effect.
It is highly recommended guests take out comprehensive travel insurance (to include COVID-19) to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
