THE CARMELENCE LODGE (NON-RIDGE VIEW)
The rooms in this property offer a nice view of the Carmelence Lodge's modern design garden. All rooms of both properties are located towards the inner portion of each property to minimize the din from the highway. The combined inventory of rooms ranges from twin sharing to queen to family room that comfortably accommodate 2, 4 or 6 persons in a room.
Strategically located along the tourism strip of Tagaytay, The Carmelence Lodge offers modern luxurious accommodation and exquisite location. It is next to Robinson’s Supermarket on one side and Meralco Tagaytay Branch on the other side and is a 3 minute leisurely walk from Sky Ranch. The hotel is new with operations that started only in August 2014 and more rooms are currently being built.
Our aim is to be able to share the beautiful nature view and to extend the hospitality and service our guests have been raving about to a greater number of guests who would like to build fond memories in Tagaytay Our guests will continue to enjoy the Carmelence brand of a quiet, pleasant and memorable stay.

No Smoking Policy
• The Carmelence Lodge operates a No Smoking Policy inside all bedrooms and bathrooms. However, smoking may be enjoyed in any open air / outdoor facility of the Hotel such as balconies, covered alfresco spaces and the like. We levy a penalty of 1000 PHP for those who smoke inside the rooms.
Pet Policy
• The Carmelence Lodge is a pet-friendly hotel that understands pets are an extension of the family. We gladly welcome our guests traveling with pets. There will be a PHP 500 fee per pet per night for deep cleaning of the rooms. This fee will not apply to guide dogs or assistive dogs. Pets should be wearing diapers if not the owner of the pets should be resposible for picking pets waste.
Noise Policy
• Please observe quiet hours. Noise level should be at an acceptable level in order not to disturb other guests. Quiet hours begin at 9:00pm until 7:00am.
Payment Policy
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. For us to finalize this reservation, we would like to request a deposit equivalent to a one-night stay. After receipt, we will promptly send you the final confirmation of your reservation. Here are our bank details:

Failure to comply with our reservation deposit request within 24 hours will automatically cancel your reservations.
ALL PAID BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. An option of one time rebooking is allowed if it will be requested before 14 days prior to arrival. A rebooking charge of PHP 2,500 will apply for a second rebooking request.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable
Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
