Guarantees
Credit Cards are required at the time of booking. Your card will be charged for 50% deposit to secure the booking. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest’s name on the booking and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check in. Completion of the booking, represents full understanding and agreement of the terms & conditions.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are based on The Season
Low Season
1 night deposit is required to secure the booking, at the time of the booking. Balance payment will be expected on arrival.
Cancellation made within 7 days prior are subject to ONE NIGHT cancellation fee.
High Season
50% deposit is required to secure the booking, at the time of the booking. Balance payment will be expected on arrival.
Cancellation made within 14 days prior are subject to ONE NIGHT cancellation fee.
Peak Season
Full payment is required at the time of booking and it is non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions may change based on availability or changes on market conditions.
No Shows & Early Departures
No shows & early departures are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay/total number of room nights originally reserved.
