Terms & Conditions

Check-In is between 2.00pm and 4.00pm unless organised prior to the date. After 4.00pm check-in, please inform The Convent before 3.00pm of the expected arrival time. Please Check-In & pick up keys at The Convent Reception. Check-Out is at the latest 11.00am unless organised prior to the date.

Payment Policy

The Convent Gallery reserves the right to debit your credit card, or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, rubbish removal, additional guests, extended stays, late check outs, extra bedrooms occupied, and smoking penalties, lost keys, call-outs, repairs or damage to a property. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total tariff. Cancellations made 30 days or less and more than 7 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tariff. Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival will incur a cancellation fee 100% of the total tariff. A request to change dates 7 days or less before arrival must be made by telephone during office hours and may be deemed to be a cancellation in the event that the property is not re-booked for the original dates. In addition to any cancellation fee there is a minimum administrative fee of $50 if you make changes to a booking.
