1. Reception hours are: 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 10pm Monday to Thursday and Sunday ; 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm on Friday and Saturday.
2. Advance payment is required for all accommodation. A child is aged 12 and under.
3. 7th day discounts apply only if paying the full week upfront. No part payments.
4. Check-out time is 10:30am. To extend your stay, please see us at Reception earlier before check-out.
5. Wifi is available for free unlimited use on your own device.
6. Free coffee, tea and sugar are provided in the kitchen.
7. Theft is a crime and will result in the offender(s) being asked to leave with no refund.
8. Bullying, harassment, drunken and/or violent behaviour will not be tolerated and will result immediate eviction with no refund.
9. Please label all food in the kitchen with your name and date of departure.
10. Please note that unlabelled food is disposed of on a weekly basis.
11. Please rinse your dishes before placing them in the dishwasher.
12. Lockers are provided in all rooms. $5 Padlocks are available at Reception to hire.
13. Laundry facilities are provided. Please pay at reception.
14. Bath towels are available for $3 hire at Reception.
15. Please be considerate and keep noise levels down after 10pm.
16. Non-paying visitors are not allowed in the Backpackers.
17. The premises are non-smoking. A $550 penalty can be applied for smoking in a public area.
18. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises and will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
19. Right of admission is reserved.
20. Our front door will be locked at 10pm. Please ensure you have the entry code with you.

Although credit card information is taken at time of booking, payment will not be taken until you are within the cancellation policy period (Booking.com 7 days; Website direct 48 hours, AirBnB 7 days; Expedia 7 days). Please call for alternate arrangements. If you are checking in outside of reception hours payment must be received.

In case of a no-show, late cancellation, theft or damages your credit card may be charged. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation outside of the following timeframes (Booking.com 7 days; Website direct 7days, AirBnB 7 days; Expedia 7 days). Inside any of these time frames the cost of the whole booking will be charges to the card supplied.
