Deposit equal to one night is payable when booking

Cancellation Policy

Cottage - full refund available if booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival.
If booking is cancelled within 30 days, a 90% refund is available if the cottage is re-let.
Manor - full refund available if booking is cancelled 3 months or more prior to arrival. If booking is cancelled within 3 months, a 90% refund is available if the Manor is re-let.
Manor House Bridal / Groom / Wedding Bookings - a 60% refund on the deposit will be given if the Manor House is relet for all days of the cancelled booking.
