Nestled on the half acre leafy grounds of "Denver", the beautiful Victorian heritage home c.1885, is The Loft. With great views overlooking the district to the Barrington Tops, it's really private, so comfortable and quiet when you need it to be. The Loft sits to the right of the heritage home, has a separate driveway and a private entrance. Perfect for couples visiting the Hunter and business/sporting travellers...and anyone else really!

Newly renovated, The Loft is a big space, 12m x 6m. With a luxury king sized bed, ensuite, kitchenette, business desk, air conditioning, TV and ironing facilities, you can settle in and relax and still get your stuff done. Separate to the main house, The Loft secures your privacy, it has its own entrance and car park.

The Loft's kitchenette is equipped with kettle, toaster, china, cutlery, wine glasses, tea/coffee making facilities (supplied), a small fridge, microwave and a small dining setting for 2 at the window with views over Denver's garden. So making breakfast is easy, as is prepping a simple lunch or reheating meals.

We provide only premium hotel quality linen, feather doonas and pillows for the king bed, soft and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom has all your amenities such as soap, shampoo, body wash, moisturiser etc as well as new, fluffy, Egyptian cotton white towels. Hand towels are also provided.

For your comfort there is a chaise lounge plus a business desk for your laptop with a desk lamp and phone charging. Iron and ironing board are also provided as well as a hair dryer and clothes hangers.

We can service extras: full delivered cooked breakfast, laundry service, home cooked meals, and transport - charges apply for these extra services.

Terms & Conditions

We look forward to welcoming you to The Loft @ Denver. Please note, when you make your booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Check-in times outside of those specified can be confirmed with us prior to arrival.

We ask that you please vacate your room by 12.00pm on the morning of departure.

Reservations

Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.

To confirm your reservation, credit/debit card details are required to pay for your booking.

Car Parking

A car park is available for guests’ use at the side of the Loft. Cars parked here are exclusively for the Loft guests.

Damage and Breakages

Please take care of our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. This includes replacement cost for any linens, for example, certain beauty products such as spray tan will permanently stain linens. Where this occurs a replacement fee will be taken from the security deposit. We do not normally charge for breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant.

Data

Some of the data gathered during the course of a booking may be held on computer. We would like to hold this data after your visit to be able to inform you of future offers. If you would prefer us not to hold this information please let us know.

Keys

You have access to the building and your room 24 hours a day throughout your stay using a set of keys given to you on arrival. You have full responsibility of these keys for the duration of your stay. Lost keys will be charged at $75.00 per set.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.

Lost Property

We are happy to return items that have been left following departure. However, there will be a minimum charge of $15.00 to cover postage and packaging.

Missing & Damaged Items

We reserve the right to charge for missing or damaged items.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in the Loft. Well behaved assistance dogs are welcome.

Prices

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This does not affect bookings already made.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted within any part of The Loft @ Denver. Please note that offending guests may be asked to leave immediately and may be liable for professional cleaning of any rooms and any outstanding balance of nights booked but not taken through early departure.

Termination Policy

The Loft @ Denver reserve the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, any individuals stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others (Please note that non compliance of our non smoking policy may constitute termination). In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, no refunds will be made.

Wi-Fi Access

By using our Wi-Fi Service you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of use in force at the time.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights (including rights in software), trademarks, database rights, patents and inventions) in and relating to the service are owned by us and our licensors or contractors. Nothing in this agreement operates to transfer any such intellectual property rights to you.

Replacement:

Please note: any stains on towels or linens from make-up products or fake tan products will incur an additional charge for either stain removal or for replacement.

Check-in: 14:00 - 23:30
Check-out: 10:00 - 11:00

Curfew: Entry to the property will be closed between the hours of 23:30 and 05:00

Refundable damage deposit: A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Child policies:
- Children of any age are welcome.
- To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

Cot and extra bed policies:
- Cots and extra beds are not available at this property.

Age restriction: The minimum age for check-in is 18

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
