It has the most comfortable KING BED and custom made cushions and your choice of medium or soft pillows, dining table and 4 chairs, separate stunning en suite, with handmade timber vanity. Direct access to our wide open verandah and Rattan wicker out door seating.

Terms & Conditions

The Parkview Hotel premises, including all rooms and verandah, are non-smoking and a cleaning fee of $450 will be charged to anyone who smokes on the premises. The guest is also liable for any destruction of property, if additional cleaning is required for the room or room closures, a fee applicable to the situation will be charged. Guests agree to pay all charges incurred during their stay. No pets allowed.
Check-in is from 2pm. If you would like to organise an early check-in, please advise reception as soon as possible. Please note this is dependant on occupancy and availability and may incur additional charges. If arriving after 5.30pm please notify us and we can organise for your key to be placed in our on-site lockbox to collect after hours. Check out time is 10am. If you would like to organise a late check-out, please advise reception as soon as possible. Please note this is dependant on occupancy and availability and may incur additional charges. We enforce a strict ‘NO PARTY’ policy. The peaceful enjoyment of our property and its facilities is important to us. Please help us by restricting noise from radios, televisions, social gatherings etc. between 10pm to 8am, and show consideration for other guests and our neighbours, especially whilst you are enjoying your time on the verandah.
If the reception is unattended please call 6372 7584 for assistance. This number can also be called for after-hours emergencies. The Parkview Hotel Mudgee shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of a guest for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects, and motor vehicles parked on the premises. Please also note that additional guests, over our maximum occupancy, are not covered by insurance and should an incident or fire occur in the duration of your stay, The Parkview Hotel will not be held liable.
Fresh towels will be replaced if left in the shower or every third day. Fresh towels may be requested at any time. Fresh linen will be changed every third day for the duration of your stay but can be requested if required.

Payment Policy

All online bookings will be charged on check-in. Mid-week rates are applicable Sunday - Thursday nights only; exceptions may occur on long weekends. Rates are based on occupancy of 2 adults per room unless otherwise stated. Additional Charges: $65.00 per additional adult per night; $55.00 per child per night (12 years or more); Minimum of 2 nights' stay required on
a Friday and Saturday , this includes long weekends. All rates are subject to change without notice. All prices include GST. Only accept Mastercard or Visa, we do not accept Amex or Diners card. There is a surcharge on all credit cards (Visa 1.3% & Mastercard 1.3%). Security Cameras are in operation under Douro St verandah, in the Café Court yard, Reception, Dining room, ground floor hall way & 1st floor hall way.
A minimum 2 night booking is required for Friday + Saturday nights and these days must be booked together.

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation we do require notification via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations outside of 48 hours of arrival do not incur a fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival incur the full booking amount and no refunds will be processed. No shows also incur the full booking amount.

Long weekends and "special event weekends" will require a minimum of 72 hours notice should you need to cancel or the full booking amount will be processed.
