Terms & Conditions

1. Accommodation is prepaid upon arrival

2. No refund for early checkout

3. Australia Photo ID or Passport must be given to staff upon check-in

4. Credit card information must be given to staff upon check-in

5. Violent, abusive or noisy guests will be evicted without a refund

6. Any guests that fail to comply with the rules will be dealt with by the manager and may at the discretion of the reception staff, be required to vacate the premises.

7. Check-in after 10 pm will need to inform in advance. Please be advised of times upon arrival after 11 pm by sending us an email to service@thepodsydney.com.au

8. Please contact The Pod Sydney about group booking if you are looking for a group of 7 people or more. Email to groupbook@thepodsydney.com.au for any inquiry regarding group booking.

9. Please note that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated in the dormitory rooms. They can be accommodated in private rooms only.

Due to the shared nature of the facilities at The Pod Sydney, We would require all guests (16+) to provide proof of full vaccination*. Masks are to be worn in common areas if required by State Government Public Health Orders.

If you or any of your traveling companions:

- Cannot provide proof of vaccination (or medical exemption or medical clearance certificate);

- Are required to self-isolate or home quarantine by federal or state health orders and/or;

- Have a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or any cold and flu-like symptoms in the last 72 hours;

then The Pod Sydney will not be able to accommodate you. We recommend contacting the property directly prior to arrival to discuss your particular circumstances.

Payment Policy

** The Pod Sydney obtain credit card details are to secure your reservation You may require to make payment according to rate plan you have choose. Your credit card details are obtained to secure your reservation **

** The Pod Sydney may pre-authorise first night of the booking to guarantee your reservation. This is refundable

** All guests are required to present valid photo identification upon checking-in. The Pod Sydney will accept a Drivers License or Passport only. Guests without valid photo ID will not be permitted to check-in **

** Reservations with invalid credit cards may be cancelled by the property at anytime, if the guests fail to provide another valid credit card information.

** Please note that there is a surcharge when you pay with any bank cards. There will be no charge if you pay by cash **

** Check in after 10pm may incur surcharged. Please be advice of times upon arrival after 10pm by sending us email to service@thepodsydney.com.au **

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable cancellation policy:

- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.

- The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.

72 Hours cancellation policy:

- All bookings cancelled at least 72 hours prior to check-in will not be charged.

- Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation.

No show guest:

In case of no show guest, there will be charge of amounts equivalent to whole
amounts of the booking make by guests

Christmas/NYE reservations between December 26 and January 2 are prepaid and non-refundable or transferable. The Pod Sydney will contact you following your reservation.
