Inspired by a Moroccan traditional house, The Ryad is a small inward-focused boutique beach resort to allow for family privacy . This inward focus was expressed with a centrally placed interior courtyard, and the lack of large windows on the exterior walls. All 11 exquisitely-furnished rooms open into the central atrium space with a skylight rooftop. The pool is just at your steps with the ocean view further away at the front.
The Ryad was simply pursued to share a memorable experience where friends, couples and families can relax and enjoy their time together in a private charming Moroccan atmosphere on the most tranquil and serene part of Mae Pim Beach in Rayong province.

Terms & Conditions

Your reservation and the accommodation agreement made with The Ryad (whether made by you directly or via a third party such as a travel agent) will be subject to these Reservation Terms and Conditions. When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions.

Rates are in Thai Baht (THB) and based on double occupancy including breakfast. A Child below 5 years old is welcome free of charge, including breakfast (without extra bed).
Children from 6 to 8 years old can stay for THB 700.00 per child per night without extra bed
Maximum number of child below 8 without extra bed per room is 1.
Person 6 and up stay for THB 1200.00 per person, per night when using an extra bed.

Service hours from 7:30am - 8:00pm. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11.00 am.
Swimming pool operating hour is from 8:00am - 7:00pm. The use of swimming pool requires appropriate swimming attire.
No visitors/ non-hotel guests may stay in the property after 6:00pm.
Pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

To confirm room reservation, advanced payment is required by transferring the deposit to bank account or credit card and send payment slip to The Ryad via email.

- 50% advance payment is required at least 30 days prior to arrival (for reservations with the stay period of 13 - 18 Apr and 30 Dec – 4 Jan).
- 50% advance payment is required at least 14 days prior to arrival
- 100% full payment is required upon arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

You should make any cancellations or amendments to your reservation using the same channel through which you booked, either online or by telephone.

- Any cancellation of reservations for the stay period of 13 - 18 Apr and 30 Dec – 4 Jan made within 30 days of the guest arrival date will be charged with a cancellation fee of 50% for the entire stay.
- Any cancellation made less than14 days of the guest arrival date will be charged with a cancellation fee of 50% for the entire stay.
- Any cancellation made within 2 days of the guest arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged with a cancellation fee of 100% for the entire stay.
- For Advanced Purchased 30 days Rate plan, cancellation and amendment are not allowed. Prepayment is non-refundable in case cancellation, amendment or no show.

For any credit card deposit refunded, 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the deposit amount refunded.
