Terms & Conditions
RESERVATIONS and GUARANTEE
-All bookings must be guaranteed through cash or credit card.
-A third party may guarantee a booking on behalf of the actual occupant through credit card. If the same credit card will be used for payment, the credit card holder must be present. Refer to payment policy.
-Health Declaration Forms are required to be accomplished 48hrs prior to arrival
Important Note during Quarantine Period:
As we will have limited staff present at the hotel, please be advised of the limited operating hours between 9:00AM to 5:00PM only.
CHECK-IN
-Check-in time starts at 3:00PM
-A valid government issued ID is required.
-Early check-in requests can be accommodated, but is subject to room availability and applicable charges.
-Incidental deposit is collected upon check-in and/or may be guaranteed in advance thru credit card verification. Cashless transactions are encouraged.
CHECK-OUT
-Check-out time is at 12:00PM.
-Late check-out requests can be accommodated, but is subject to room availability and applicable charges.
-Room checks are required prior check-out at the Front Desk.
-Cashless transactions are encouraged.
ALLOWED GUESTS / BOOKINGS DURING MGCQ (Modified General Community Quarantine)
-Leisure and Work related bookings may be accommodated
-Only guests aged 15-65 years old are allowed to check-in during the quarantine period and except for pregnant women, and those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity, or other health risks
ROOM CAPACITY
-Only a maximum of 2 persons are allowed to stay in the guestrooms, depending on the room type during the MGCQ period
-There is currently no capacity for extra beds in the serviced residences units.
PARKING
-Registered in-house guests are entitled to 1 complimentary parking slot per room on a first-come-first-served basis. Vehicles may be parked in common open (uncovered) parking areas only.
OUTSIDE FOOD & COOKING
-Guests are allowed to bring in outside food and use the fully functional kitchen for their convenience. Food items that emit strong odor will not be permitted. A cleaning fee of Php 5000.00 will be imposed for any violations.
-Food Deliveries are allowed but may be collected at the Front Desk Lobby.
SMOKING POLICY
-All rooms offered by The Serviced Residences at Kasa Luntian are non-smoking including the balcony area.
-A cleaning fee of Php 5000.00 will be imposed shall this policy be violated or shall there be any evidence of smoking in the room.
-Designated smoking areas in outside parking spaces are available for guests who wish to smoke.
PET POLICY
-Pets are not allowed in the serviced residence units.
DISTURBANCE AND DAMAGES
-In-room parties and any form of activities that would cause noise disturbance and inconvenience to other guests are not permitted.
-Damages to property including but not limited to linens, appliances, kitchenware, furniture and fixtures, door locks will be charged accordingly.
VISITORS
-Mingling with other guests are highly discouraged and strictly no accepting of visitors in the room during the quarantine period.
Swimming Pool and Changing Area
-Swimming pools shall only be for the exclusive use of our in-house registered guests.
Guidelines during MGCQ: Adult, Lounge ,Kiddie Pools and Cascading Jacuzzis are open from 7am-7pm.
Advance reservation is required and may be arranged prior guest arrival. Booked guests may access the pool as scheduled and for a maximum of 1 hour only. Only a limited number of guests may be allowed to use the pools at a time.
-No lifeguard is assigned at the pool area.
-Only snacks and finger foods are allowed at the poolside tables. Drinking alcoholic beverages by the pool area is strictly prohibited. Please observe proper trash disposal.
-A designated changing room is available for guests’ use. Proper swimming attire is expected to be worn at all times while in the pool area. Only infants and toddlers wearing proper swim diapers will also be permitted to use the pools.
-When leaving the pool area, guests should towel-dry and wear appropriate clothing before heading back to their rooms. Pool towels must be brought back to the rooms and should not be left at the pool area. Water tracts are prohibited in common areas.
-Swimming pool towels are available upon request. Lost towels will be charged accordingly.
-Hanging towels on balcony railings is prohibited.
Payment Policy
-Cashless transactions are encouraged.
-Full cash payment and or credit card guarantee is required upon check-in. Incidental deposit is also collected and is fully refundable when unused.
- For credit card authorizations, credit card holder must be present during transactions.
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior arrival date to avoid penalty charges. A penalty charge equivalent to one (1) room night is applicable otherwise.
NOTE: cancellation policies vary depending on certain promotions
-In an event of a No-Show, a penalty charge equivalent to one (1) room night is applicable. Higher penalty charges may apply for Long-Stay and other promotional bookings.
