CHECK-IN:
• Check-in between 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Late check-in subject to availability

CHECK-OUT:
• Check-out before noon (12:00 PM)
• Late check-out subject to availability
• Late check-out can be accommodated upon request and subject to room availability
• Late check-out before 06:00 PM, a day-use charge of 50% of the day's room rate applies; while for late check-out after 06:00 PM, 100% of the day's room rate will be applied

LATE CHECK-IN:
• If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.

PETS:
• No pets or service animals allowed

CHILDREN & EXTRA BED:
• Children are welcome.
• Kids stay free! One child stays free when using existing bedding.
• Rollaway/extra beds are available for IDR 350,000 per night (only possible to setup at the villa)
• Cribs (infant beds) are available for IDR 250,000 per night (only possible to setup at the villa)

• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

• Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve cribs/infant beds and rollaway/extra beds. Long-term renters welcome. Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Payment Policy

• 1 night pre-payment is required when making reservation and while balance payment should be settled upon check-in at the hotel

• If you bring a different credit card upon check-in, The Tempekan Heritage will charge another full amount to that card and refund the previous card

• The Tempekan Heritage will charge all of reservation amounts in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation made within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 1 night accommodation charge
• Shortened-stay will be charged 1 night cancellation fee of the remaining nights
• No Show without prior cancellation will be applied 100% of the total accommodation charge
