The Underground Motel

Tunnelled on two levels into the hillside all rooms
are underground and have ensuite bathrooms, TV/Video player. We have a self contained guests kitchen, laundry service is available

Terms & Conditions

1. No pets allowed in rooms.
2. A $100 will be charged as deposit.
3. A repair fee may be applied if room is damaged during your stay by yourself or your guests.
4. All of our rooms are non smoking. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
5. Check in time is from 2pm unless alternative arrangements are made with management. Early check in is subject to room availability. Reception
closes at 8pm. Later check ins will need to be pre arranged.
6. Check out time is 10am unless alternative arrangements are made with management. Late check outs that are not approved may attract a tariff equivalent to one night accommodation.
7. We require 48 hours notice for room cancellations. Failure to cancel room before this time will attract a fee equivalent to one night's tariff.

Payment Policy

Payment must be completed before taking possession of the room/s. Payment may be made in advance or upon check in.

A $100 deposit will be charged to secure the room.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to complete your booking, we require 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or else you may be charged a booking fee to the value of the first night's tariff.
