Stay Underground and experience what makes Coober Pedy one of the unique and most fascinating towns in the world. Located in a secure, elevated private location on the north side of town, With views overlooking the desert and spectacular Breakaways, location of many world famous movies. Tunnelled on two levels into the hillside all rooms
are underground and have ensuite bathrooms, TV/Video player. We have a self contained guests kitchen, laundry service is available
and free wifi. Secure undercover parking, we have a trailer/oversize parking area, outdoor settings under the verandahs giving fantastic sunset views.

Terms & Conditions
1. No pets allowed.
2. Total amount of booking will be charged 24 hours prior to check in.
3. A repair fee may be applied if room is damaged during your stay by yourself or your guests.
4. All of our rooms are non smoking. Smoking is permitted in smoking section only.
5. Check in time is from 2pm unless alternative arrangements are made with management. Early check in is subject to room availability. Reception
closes at 8pm. Later check ins will need to be pre arranged.
6. Check out time is before 10am unless alternative arrangements are made with management. Late check outs that are not approved may attract a tariff equivalent to one night accommodation.
7. We require 48 hours notice for room cancellations. Failure to cancel room before this time will attract a fee equivalent to one night's tariff.
Payment Policy
Payment must be completed before taking possession of the room/s. Payment of 1 nights fee will be charged 1 day before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to complete your booking, we require 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or else you may be charged a booking fee to the value of the first night's tariff.
