Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

To secure a confirmed booking, payment by credit card is required at the time of booking. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the period of your original booking we ask that you advise us as soon as you are aware so that we can extend both the booking and your occupancy of the your original cottage if available.

In the event of a confirmed cancellation within 14 days of your arrival date, we will endeavour to re let the accommodation, and in that case you will be charged a 10% booking fee. If we do not re let the room then you will be charged the full 100% of the booking.
You can cancel free of charge if not within 14 days of your arrival date.

In the event of a failure to show on the booked date you will be charged a fee equivalent to the accommodation charges for the period of booking. This policy is applied to cover our inability to re let the cottage at that stage.
