Tiny House Escapes

The LoveBus Standard Rate

The LoveBus Standard Rate Book

The LoveBus is set in a field on 35 acres; it has a large, expansive views of the coast and ocean, an outdoor bath on a big deck, a fire pit to toast marshmallows. It's an escape from the everyday. It's for young romantics (at heart), the adventurous, people who want to unplug, reload and get back to nature.

Inside there is:
•An open plan, fully equipped kitchen with sink and gas cooktop.
•A dining space with candles for romantic dinners
•A beautiful and clean bathroom with hot shower and flushing toilet.
•An extra long, comfy built in couch with an amazing view out the large, bifold window to the ocean that can be used for snuggling (or an extra guest).
•A queen-sized bed with luxury bed linen. We put two duvets on the bed for winter so it’s extra warm and snugly.
•Plenty of solar powered LED lights, and a diesel heater for chilly nights (please note the bus is insulated).
•A small chilly bin fridge (powered by solar panel) to keep your food and drinks cold. You just need to turn this off at night.

Outside, there is:
•A large deck with a small table, deck chairs and a BBQ for outdoor dining and relaxing.
•An outdoor bath with hot water.
•A fire pit for fireside stories and toasting marshmallows.

PLEASE NOTE:
WATER: The water for the bus is supplied by the stream. We are not 100% sure if it is safe for drinking so please bring your own drinking water if you'd prefer that. We're happy to refill water bottles at the house.
FIREWOOD: There is an outdoor fire provided. We don't supply firewood for this but there is plenty available in the pine forest a short walk behind the bus. Pine cones are by the far the easiest way to keep the fire burning. If you pick up a bag of pine cones, it takes no time and will last a couple of hours. We supply an axe, and a bag to collect wood, as well as fire starters/matches in the bus.

Inside there is:
• A small, fully equipped kitchen with sink and gas cooktop.
• A beautiful and clean bathroom with hot shower and flushing toilet.
• A comfy built in couch that can be used for snuggling (or an extra guest).
• A queen-sized futon bed in the upstairs loft (with luxury bed linen) with an amazing view out a window to the ocean. We put two duvets on the bed for winter so it’s extra warm and snugly.
• Plenty of battery powered LED lights, and a diesel heater for chilly nights (please note the treehouse is insulated).

PLEASE NOTE:
- This is a treehouse, built up (and amongst) the pine trees. If it is windy, the trees will creak around you. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about windy weather. The treehouse foundations have been built to the specifications of a Registered Structural Engineer and the treehouse has full consent from Council, so the building is safe. If you are sensitive to noise please bring ear plugs.
- Water is supplied by the stream so we recommend bringing your own water. We are happy to refill at the house.
