Terms & Conditions

1) Please be advised of our standard check-in time of 03:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 NN. Request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability with corresponding charges.
2) A safety deposit box is available in all rooms. The Hotel shall not be held liable for any loss in the guestrooms and in public areas.
3) Regular fogging is done at the hotel but since the we are situated along the ridge of the plateau, insects presence may be inevitable. We advise to keep your door closed at all times. You may also experience the wild monkeys in the room veranda. Please refrain from feeding them for your safety and convenience during the stay.
4) Pets are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
5) The guest assumes full responsibility for any and all damages which he/she or any of his/her guest/visitors may cause inside the room and the entire Hotel premises. The Hotel reserves the right to charge damages to the concerned guest.
6) A corkage fee will be charged for all food, and drinks brought in by guests.
7) The Lake Hotel observes a “Strictly No Smoking” policy. Smoking in all enclosed areas, especially the rooms (e.g meeting and function rooms, hallways, verandas, stairs, restrooms, pool areas, and lobby) is prohibited. Guests may proceed to the open parking space if they wish to smoke. If the guest persists smoking in the room, guest will be charged the total amount of nights that the room cannot be subject to selling from being out of service.
8) The Hotel reserves the right to discontinue accommodation and service to its guest and to take necessary legal action in the event of non-payment of his/her charges. Display of character disturbance that may cause disruption in hotel operations and aggravation other hotel guest or any of the hotel employees.
9) All payments made to the Hotel are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation of guaranteed rooms shall be charged in full according to the number of rooms and nights.
10) Guests hereby accept full liability for all incurred charges.
11) The Hotel is not liable for any injury or casualty of person/s utilizing its swimming pool, gym, and other amenities.
12) Taking Hotel property outside the hotel premises constitutes theft punishable under the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines. The management shall prosecute violator to the full extent of the law.
13) You will be asked an additional PHP 3,000.00 security deposit following standard hotel protocols in case of any incidental charges. The rendered amount is to be refunded upon checkout.

DATA PRIVACY CONSENT FORM

In relation to my room reservation/s with THE LAKE HOTEL TAGAYTAY (the Hotel), I understand that my personal information shall be required for security reasons, and to enable the Hotel to better provide the services I need during my stay.

I hereby authorize THE LAKE HOTEL TAGAYTAY and its proper agents or representatives to gather and hold any of my personal information obtained during the course of my stay in the Hotel. Pursuant to this matter, I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify THE LAKE HOTEL TAGAYTAY from any form of liability arising from the use or gathering of such information.

Payment Policy

The Hotel requires 100% or full payment which serves as guarantee; all payments made are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booking is strictly prohibited and NON REFUNDABLE however modification or rebooking must be made three (03) days or seventy (72) hours prior to arrival date. Non-appearance or no show constitutes forfeiture of full payment.
