.Perfect for the wheatbelt travelers, wedding party groups, craft groups, sport groups and those wanting to enjoy the lush bushland and fresh air of the gorgeous landscaped 7 and a half acre motel with a difference.
There is ample private parking on property including larger vehicles and trailer in the front of property in their own space. Also pet friendly only in special units and after contact with office with an extra $35 tariff.
Perfect for the business travelers as only26 minutes drive from Perth Airport and 40 minutes from Perth City and Northam. We cater for all accommodation types. . The Golden Heritage Pipeline Trail for bikers and hikers is right outside our front door step.
Enjoy our free onsite barbecue facilities at the pergola and bush walks. There is also a well decorated communal dining area , kitchen and lounge facilities available to rent for that special party or wedding. The Uber Guy transport is local and easily accessible and has our address. for your special event. Hope to have you stay with us soon.

Air-conditioning and lights must be switched off whenever leaving unit and all sanitary Items binned
Keys must be returned to the black returns box up at office window.
Check in times: 2pm - 11pm unless advised for later arrivals and clients arriving late must be sensitive to the peace of
other clients in nearby units.

When booking with agencies when credit cards are given, if insufficient funds at the time of booking the booking is automatically cancelled.
Payment Policy
Full payment upfront is required for online and all phone bookings.
For dogs payment must be made separately over the phone.
Folder beds and linen are also paid separately $25.

Bookings before 14 days of check in will be refunded. with a $25 cancellation fee deducted.
Bookings cancelled after 14 days prior to check in
receive a refund of 50% of the booking fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of the check in date will not be eligible to receive a refund.
