If you arrive early, you may leave your bags in our common area while you explore the town, and our caretaker will place them in your villa when it's ready. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.

Your payment is refundable within 2 days of your original booking.
If you’re fully paid and cannot make your trip due to unexpected reasons, refund requests will be subject to review and accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
To rebook or adjust your reservation dates for free, please inform us (14) days before your original arrival date. Otherwise, a fee of 500 PHP will be charged for each rebooking.
