Reply "Agree to House Rules" when you have read the house profile and “agree to the house rules”.

The Guest / Tenant agrees to follow the house rules below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property;
All guests under 21 must be accompanied by a person over 21 years of age. No un-authorised people permitted to stay overnight.
Maximum of 6 guests allowed on this property (including children) .

The guest/ tenants agree that the property will NOT be used as a party house. Nuisance & Noise; The guest/ tenants agree to not permit or cause a nuisance at the property. This includes but is not limited to excessive noise & disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease at 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday & Saturday, but at all times consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties.

Payment Policy

Payment is required to confirm a reservation
A deposit of 50% of the booking total is required to confirm a reservation
Balance of full payment is required no less than 30 days prior to arrival
A Non refundable surcharge of 2.5% is required for all payments made by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
100% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.
50% Refund for cancellations made up to 15 days of check in
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, unless an alternative booking for the dates is available,
