Welcome at Twin Willows Hotel
When you check-in, you will be asked to provide photographic identification/ Photo ID.
Check-in from 12pm to 9pm.
A valid credit/ debit card MUST be presented upon check - in.
Check-out is at 10 am on the date shown for your departure. if the key is not returned at the time of check out, The Twin Willows hotel reserved the right to charge $ 60 fee to make a charge guest`s credit card or debit card.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Twin willows is 100% non-smoking room. A charged of AUD $300 applies to any guests smoking within accommodation premises. In the event that the fire brigade is called dues to the fire system alarm activation a fee of $ 1,500 applies.
Pets
Twin Willows Hotel has no pet policy. In NSW a guide dog in a harness is legally allowed in Hotels and Motels.
Parking
We offer complimentary self parking.
Release and Indemnity
Any monies or other values, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the room, Grounds or car park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless The Twin Willows Hotel and its current and formers officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses ,costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses, property loss/damage of any kind whatsoever ( including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by attributable to or resulting from your reservation, your stay your attendance an event at the relevant The Twin Willows Hotel for any reason whatsoever. You agree to indemnify The Twin Willows Hotel.
Damage o or Removal of the Hotel Property
Guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel room any furnishing, fittings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, his/het invitees, subcontractors or guests. Should this damage come to light after the guests has departed. The Twin Willows reserves the right to make a charge to the Guest's credit or debit cards. The Twin Willows Hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the hotel by them without consent. The charge will be the full amount pf the missing item.
Privacy
We will not make this information available to any third party without your prior consent expect where required by law to enforced our collection of amounts owing by you.

In order to secure a booking a credit or debit card must have a Photo ID and Valid debit/credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation The Twin Willows requires at least 24 hours notice. If no notice is given The Twin Willows Hotel reserves the right to to refuse service for future bookings & charge 1 nights stay.
