Inside, two double bedrooms( Queen Bed in each) ensure there’s ample accommodation, one superbly appointed bathroom and the modern kitchen features all the amenities you’d expect in a holiday home of this calibre. The open plan living area spills effortlessly outside, while a range of intelligent heating solutions guarantee year-round contentment.
Superb indoor/outdoor flow provides easy access to the sun-drenched private courtyard,complete with mountain view window and the Outdoor table & Gas BBQ.
The restful setting belies the home’s proximity to a host of popular recreational locations, including Mount Cook, Lake Pukaki, and Lake Tekapo, while all that Twizel offers is all within easy reach.

Two Bedroom Cottage.
Thereafter $40 pp additional, maximum occupancy 4 adults
Terms & Conditions
By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge you are over the age of 20, legally able to enter this agreement and undertake to pay all the amounts associated with this reservation.
Check In/Out:
When planning your trip please make note that you can check in any time after 2pm (earlier may be arranged) until 9pm
Our property is self check in ( key code will be advised in advance) Check out time is 10am please.
Occupancy:
Each Bedroom can accommodate a maximum 2 adults ( Queen Bed in each room). Maximum of Four people for the cottage.
Minimum room rate is based on one bedroom used by two persons. Additional guests that stay but are not booked will be charged for $40NZD pp.
Twin configuration - both bedrooms is available for an additional $40 NZD
Minimum night limitations may apply to event weekends, long weekends or school holiday periods.
Children are welcome but there is no capacity for extra beds.
What to bring:
Just yourselves. Tea, coffee, sugar, soap and all other bedding, utensils and house hold items are provided along with BBQ
Cleaning:
If the property excessively dirty Twizel Cottages retains the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited, detection of smoking will incur a $300 cleaning fee instantly.
Damage:
We realise that accidents do happen however you liable for damage to any property or contents of the property incurred during your stay.
Noise:
It’s important to the home owner that you respect the neighbours. Noisy gatherings are not permitted. If a complaint is received, Twizel Cottages reserves the right to evict the party from the property.
Payment Policy
If you are making a reservation less than 7 days from your arrival then payment in full is required.
If your arrival date is more than 7 days from the time of making the reservation, payment is deducted 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you will be liable for payment for the full period of time originally booked..
