Under the Mount is run by two passionate mountain bikers, Don and Kristen Norton. Having experienced some of the best mountain biking destinations they returned to Melrose, a place which they have visited for many years to introduce purpose built accommodation for mountain bikers, located within walking distance to all the essential attractions within the township of Melrose. Under the Mount is, however, suitable for all visitors, regardless of their reason for visiting this beautiful part of the world!
Under the Mount provides accommodation for up to 26 people in dorm and four ensuite style and two family two bed rooms with a communal meeting area with kitchen facilities and a separate barn style lounge area. Located within walking distance to all the essential attractions within the township of Melrose. Just ask how we can make your next visit to the town one to remember!

Cancellation Policy

A reservation may be cancelled prior to 30 days.

All other cancellations will be held in credit for 12 months for use on mutually agreed alternative dates subject to availability. If you instead request a full cancellation, booking funds will be refunded less a 50% off deposit cancellation fee.
