Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but room service is available
All rates are in Philippine Peso, prices are subject to change without prior notice
Rates are quoted per room, per night, inclusive of government tax, service charge is not included
Other applicable charges and rates are non-commissionable
Extra Bed will be charged Php1,500 per night
Incidentals and other services shall be charged accordingly
Stained linens and or any damage in the property such as equipment and apartment flooring, caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
Payment Policy
-An invoice will be sent to your provided email address for payment according the policy stated below. Failure to settle the required payment, room will be automatically released.
-Your booking will only be confirmed after payment is received.
Low Season
(June 16 to September 30)
*50% of the total amount of booking should be settled upon making the reservation
*Remaining balance should be settled 10 days prior to arrival date
High Season
(October 1 to June 15)
*50% of the total amount of booking should be settled upon making the reservation
*Remaining balance should be settled 25 days prior to arrival date
Peak Season
Christmas and New Year (December 23 to January 3)
Chinese New Year (January 19 to January 25)
Holy Week April 2 to April 8)
Labor Day (April 29 to May 2)
*50% of the total amount of booking should be settled upon making the reservation
*Full payment should be settled within 5 days upon making the booking
Cancellation Policy

*If canceled or modified until 14 days prior to arrival, NO CHARGE
*If canceled or modified lesser than 14 days prior to arrival or in case of NO SHOW, Full Charge
High Season (October 1 to June 15)
*If canceled or modified until 30 days prior to arrival, NO CHARGE
*If canceled or modified lesser than 30 days prior to arrival or in case of NO SHOW, Full Charge
