Unlax @ Hunter Valley is a boutique accommodation venue located in the headquarters of the NSW Wine Country region called Central Pokolbin (Pronounced - Po-coal-bin). We share this small yet vibrant neighbourhood with some of the best Winemakers, Vineyards, Cellar doors, Restaurants, and Hospitality professionals you will find anywhere in the world. At our core is the focus and commitment to offer our guests a great experience in all aspects of their stay with us.

Accommodation Details
Terms & Conditions
Reservations are Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
All guests must be nominated on the reservation, and relevant fee requires payment for each guest.
Children under 13 years cannot be accommodated.
Guests are required to keep noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times.
Additional guests arriving that are NOT included on the reservation will be required to find alternative accommodation elsewhere.
Additional visitors of paying guests are NOT permitted.
Additional cleaning & damage charges will apply where guests have caused wear and tear above the cottages intended use.
Check in from 3pm. Check out 10am. Late check out fee = $50 per hour or part thereof. PETS not allowed.
If at any point any of the above terms and conditions are breached management reserves the right to cancel guests reservation with cancellation policy to remain in effect. Guests booking through a third party acknowledge the above supersedes any information given to them by the third party.
