Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
All charges are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please be certain of travel plans before booking.
Cancellations or alterations to a booking may be made without charge if made day prior to arrival date (up to midnight day before arrival).
The cancellation fee is the equivalent of the first night's stay. In a situation where the booking was made with a minimum multiple night stay (e.g: 2 nights minimum), the cancellation fee is equivalent to the minimum stay.
In the case of prepayments made for special events and group bookings, the cancellation fee is the equivalent of the amount paid.
