1. Kindly note we have a strict no smoking and no pets in units policy.

2. V Motel has the right to cancel bookings if the credit card provided by the guest is invalid.

3. Office Time: 8 AM - 8 PM (*Special Note: A booking made on and after 8 PM on the arrival date will not be honored due to out-of-office time.)

4. Check-in time: 2 PM - 8 PM. A late self-check-in after 8 PM can be arranged.

5. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children from 2 to 12 years are charged NZD $30 per child per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. A baby cot is available based on the request.

Credit card detail is required at the time of confirming the Accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or date changes made to a confirmed booking are to be notified to the motel 48 hours prior to check in date or one nights accommodation will be charged.

If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

In case of group bookings or long stay guests two weeks notice period is required or deposit will be charged. Full payment will be charged after the notification of check in time.
