Our Estate offers luxury, heritage style, self contained accommodation, with a choice of studio and one or two bedroom stone cottages.
Our heritage listed, Wagners cottage c1860, has an upstairs attic bedroom and is steeped in local history.
The Estate has over 2 acres of gardens, which includes over 300 roses, pathways and secluded benches for you to wander and explore.

A beautiful little stone cottage built to the same design as the original c1860 Wagner home. She has a queen bedroom, bathroom with a single spa bath and separate shower. Separate living room features an open log fireplace. There are laundry facilities and continental breakfast provisions are provided for in the fully equipped kitchen. Your private cottage garden has outdoor settings and the breakfast patio offers lovely rural views.

Elegant, spacious and heritage listed c1860 cottage.There is a romantic attic bedroom. Whilst the bedroom may be cosy, some of our taller guests may be more comfortable in another of our beautiful cottages. Your generous bathroom has a double spa complete with TV and a separate shower. The large lounge room features original c1860 open log fireplace. Your own reading den and library. Laundry facilities. Continental breakfast provisions are provided for in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy breakfast in your private courtyard garden.

The Studio Book
Our beautiful open plan cottage, the Studio, built up from the original homestead stable ruins c1860. There is a queen bed and vaulted timber ceilings. Generous bathroom with cozy heated floor, double spa and shower over. Continental breakfast provisions are provided. Studio cottage has a kitchenette ( limited cooking facilities) which will allow you to prepare a light meal or your breakfast, to enjoy on the patio, in your own secluded walled garden.
If you particularly require full kitchen facilities, one of our other cottages might better suit your needs.

Being the largest of our four cottages, Hollyhock does have two bedrooms. Great if you have a noisy partner ! Contact us if you will be wanting to use the second bedroom. The large living room has an open log fireplace. Bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower. Continental breakfast provisions are provided for in the fully equipped kitchen. There are laundry facilities. Enjoy your breakfast on the verandah with rural views and glimpses of Great Oyster Bay. Private gardens and outdoor settings for you to use during your stay.

Terms & Conditions
There is no smoking in the cottages, you may smoke outside, but please consider other guests.
If you wish to arrive earlier than the 14:00 check in, you will need to contact Belinda prior to your arrival. Luggage may be dropped off prior to the designated arrival time.
If, due to circumstances beyond your control, you are unable to attend , you may transfer that booking to another date without penalty.
Because of our commitment to the environment, we are unable to take pets.
Payment Policy
We do not make a charge on your credit card until the day before or on your arrival, or in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation of your booking within 48 hours of check in, will incur the full charge of your stay.
We are happy to discuss the transfer of your booking to another date where possible.
