Terms & Conditions
Suites include a luxurious Super King bed for couples. Subject to availability one suite can be set up with a second bed (King Single) to accommodate either a second adult or a child over 12 years of age. Additional charge applies for more than two people, please inquire should you require this option.
We are a completely smoke free lodge.
Check in is 2 pm and checkout is 11 am. We can be flexible subject to availability of rooms. Please inquire and we will certainly make every effort to enable this option. Should your room not be available earlier than 2 pm you are welcome to drop your luggage off and go exploring.
Payment Policy
Following is our normal policy, however while we have the threat of Covid upsetting travel plans, we will not be taking a deposit prior to arrival.
Normally;
Deposit of one nights accommodation required for each separate room to secure reservation.
This amount will be charged immediately on receipt of your booking and the full balance is payable on arrival and will be charged to the same credit card provided, unless an alternative means of payment is advised by you.
Cancellation Policy
Following is our normal policy; however should Covid Government regulations interfere travel plans, cancellation may be made right up to the day of arrival with no charge.
Normally;
Cancellations prior to 14 days of arrival, no charge,
(except from 17th December to the 16th January - see below).
Cancellations received within 14 days from the date of arrival incur the first nights accommodation charge. Cancellation within 7 days from date of arrival, or a no show on arrival date, incur a 100% charge of the total booking.
From the 17th December to the 16th January, 21 days' notice is required for no charge and within 21 days will incur a 100% charge of the total booking.
Our cancellation policy requires that any cancellations , if deposit made via credit card, will incur a 5% credit card processing fee.
Charges and fees will be made to the credit card number obtained with your booking confirmation.
We advise that travel insurance be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances.
