Walk-Up To SIAR
We are a 10-room walk-up communal living space located in Kea Farm - the highest point of Cameron Highlands. We are on level 3 with great views, offering several types of rooms, a common patio with panoramic views, a common lounge & a pantry. There's NO LIFT in the building so we suggest you to pack light.
Do note that we are also UNABLE to accommodate any children/infant. Please respect maximum capacity of each room, check-in will be rejected without REFUND in the event of the number of people arrived more than the number of people booked.

Our linen are made of Egyptian Cotton. It is being by far the best cotton available so we could ensure that you rest comfortably at our place. Towels, shower soap, shampoo, hair dryer are provided.

1. Children NOT allowed. Minimum guest age - 12 years old, which is counted as 1 adult.
2. There is no room service / room housekeeping for your room once checked-in. Of course, deep cleaning & sanitisation for the room will be done after each check-out.
3. Strictly staying-guests only. No visitors allowed.

1. Children / infant are NOT allowed. Minimum age for staying guest: 12 years old. Your check-in will be rejected WITHOUT REFUND if you arrive with infant/children OR the number of guests checking in is more than the number of guests booked.
2. Steamboat or BBQ activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Similarly, no parties, no events, no pets.
3. Tourism Tax: From 1 Sept 2017, as per Malaysian Government requirements, guests who are not Malaysian Citizens or PR will be levied a tourism tax of RM10 per room per night stay. This tax, imposed by Malaysian Government is not included in your room rate and it has to be paid by cash or e-wallet during check-in. If credit card is preferred, a minimal fee of RM2 will be charged.
4. All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Postponement of stay or change of check in date can only be done 14 days prior to check in. After that, any modification is not allowed.
5. LOSS, DAMAGES OR PERSONAL INJURIES:
- Guest will be responsible for any loss or damage or injuries caused at the our property. The guest may be liable for hotel’s reasonable cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing any property of hotel which is damaged, soiled or lost by a Guest. A common example:- unrecoverable stains on linen.
- Hotel shall not be held responsible for any accidental injuries, damage, stolen or loss of any property owned by the guest.
