Villa Vino Book

Villa Vino is the newest addition to Winmark Wines Estate, perfect for those seeking the intimacy of tiny space living, located between the working vineyard and large estate dam. The divinely designed ‘villa’ is framed by windows allowing the views to be fully embraced. Sip Winmark Chardonnay in the cosy outdoor area firepit whilst soaking in the views across the vineyard and the setting sun on the mountains. A shared pool is available close by for cooling down on those warm days.

Spend the night under the pitched roofline, with a simple yet stylish open room with queen bed - a room for two. An outdoor luxury camp kitchen with pizza oven, microwave oven, BBQ w. cooktop and fridge allows you to cook a romantic candlelit dinner, with the stars the only distraction (please do liberally apply our Mozzie repellent – with the great outdoors come insects!)

An ensuite bathroom pod is attached to Villa Vino, with quality towels and Appelles toiletries keeping you gloriously indulged. A complimentary Breakfast Hamper is also included for you to prepare at your leisure whilst the kangaroos nibble on nearby grasses. With the Broke Fordwich Wine Trail literally at your doorstep, this is a getaway that provides the perfect combination of viewing a working vineyard and enjoying a tiny retreat.

*Please note there are occasions when machinery is operating in the vineyard, or work vehicles may pass by Villa Vino to tend to the property.

Terms & Conditions

A minimum two-night stay applies to all bookings unless otherwise agreed to by Winmark Wines management.

NSW and National Public Holidays are minimum 3 night stay & all school holiday periods.

A deposit of 50% of the accommodation / tariff (and or any additional extras) is required to confirm reservations. No reservation is processed pending this transaction. The balance owing will be charged to the credit card holder seven days prior to arrival. Direct deposit transactions with Tax Invoice can be arranged & need to be confirmed by management within the same seven-day period prior to arrival that accommodation is paid in full. A security deposit hold on your credit card is required when booking any homes at Winmark Wines, The Residence is $1000, Mio Monte $500, Rock Cottage $500 Villa Vino $300.

An inventory declaration is given by request to the reservation credit card, payment holder on arrival agreeing to the detailed report of itemized property.
Any lesser discrepancy of property in the itemized report will be charged on the credit card within 72 hours following departure. Any damage to fixtures or property loss, Winmark Wines reserves the right to charge the credit card holder to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

An excessive cleaning charge of minimum $150 will be charged to the credit card holder in the circumstance where the guest has made unreasonable mess over the duration of stay. Smoking is not permitted in the homes and an additional cleaning charge of $150 will be charged to the credit card holder where the smoke has infiltrated through to the adjoining bedroom / lounge area. Checkin Checkout details are in your home, please read carefully.

Being a working vineyard with staff on-site & native animals living around us, prior approval in writing must be obtained if wishing to bring a pet with you. All pets must be on a lead whilst walking around the property at all times. Only fully house trained dogs are allowed at Winmark Wines & it will be the guests responsibility to ensure any marks & stains are cleaned before leaving & will be at the expense of the guest. BYO your pets favourite bedding & clean-up after your pet when they go to the toilet at all times & dispose of thoughtfully. Please ensure all items in the home that can be broken by a tail wagging or dog running are put out of reach of your dog & do not allow your dog on the carpet or furniture at any time with damp paws or a damp coat as this will stain. A fee of $65 is payable prior to your arrival per dog after approval is given.

Once the name of a reservation is confirmed it cannot be changed to another third party without the consent of management 24 hours prior to arrival. Any guest inviting / allowing a non paying visitor onto the properly without a day pass check-in processed via management before arrival will be asked to leave premises at the full cost of the reservation.

Arrival / Check-in is from 2:00pm, if there outgoing guests from earlier the same day, you will be notified 7 days prior and checkin time will be STICTLY 3pm to ensure property is cleaned & ready for your arrival. Departure / Check Out is STICTLY 10:00am (Where there is no reservation for 24hours a 11am check out will be offered to the guest). An admin fee of $60.00 will apply to all reservations where cancelled. Reservations cancelled between 15-30 days 50% of the total cost will be charged. For bookings cancelled between 0 and 14 days, there will be a 100% charge of the total booking if that reservation cannot be re-booked.

Security cameras are allocated throughout Winmark Wines outdoor areas mainly at property entry points, please ensure you have booked the correct number of guests.

Gift Certificates must remain in the name of the original recipient unless otherwise amended with permission from management 3 days prior to arrival with valid credit card details. All Certificates are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and after this date are subject to price increase as per the current rates and availability published via the website booking channel management.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled between 15-30 days 50% of the total cost will be charged.
For bookings cancelled between 0 and 14 days, there will be a 100% charge of the total booking if that reservation cannot be re-booked
