WINMARK WINES (formerly Pooles Rock) is a stunning property situated on 116 acres with 25 acres of Chardonnay, the perfect getaway for exploring the Broke Fordwich region. We have two homes available, the first being 'Winmark Residence' which offers luxury accommodation, a large Alfresco area with indoor/outdoor fireplace, tennis court, pool and a spectacular Perennial Garden designed by Paul Bangay. The second home "Rock Cottage" has 4 bedrooms, a cosy living area with fireplace, TV and an adjoining kitchen and dining room & a sitting room which also can be used as another bedroom with a pull-out double bed sofa,
Both homes offer complete privacy from each other, spectacular views capturing the vineyard, mountain range and the landscapes making it a wonderful retreat for your escape & the perfect venue for special occasions.

Terms & Conditions
A minimum two-night stay applies to all bookings unless otherwise agreed to by Winmark Wines management.
NSW and National Public Holidays are minimum 3 night stay. 4 Night minimum is required for dates in Christmas peak period.
A deposit of 50% of the accommodation / tariff (and or any additional extras) is required to confirm reservations. No reservation is processed pending this transaction. The balance owing will be charged to the credit card holder seven days prior to arrival. Direct deposit transactions with Tax Invoice can be arranged & need to be confirmed by management within the same seven-day period prior to arrival that accommodation is paid in full.
An inventory declaration is given by request to the reservation credit card, payment holder on arrival agreeing to the detailed report of itemized property.
Any lesser discrepancy of property in the itemized report will be charged on the credit card within 72 hours following departure. Any damage to fixtures or property loss, Winmark Wines reserves the right to charge the credit card holder to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
An excessive cleaning charge of minimum $150 will be charged to the credit card holder in the circumstance where the guest has made unreasonable mess over the duration of stay. Smoking is not permitted in the homes and an additional cleaning charge of $150 will be charged to the credit card holder where the smoke has infiltrated through to the adjoining bedroom / lounge area.
Once the name of a reservation is confirmed it cannot be changed to another third party without the consent of management 24 hours prior to arrival
Winmark Wines prides its privacy and security offered to its guests. Any guest inviting / allowing a non paying visitor onto the properly without a day pass check-in processed via management before arrival will be asked to leave premises at the full cost of the reservation.
Arrival / Check-in from: 2:00pm & Departure / Check Out:10:00am (Where there is no reservation for 24hours a 11am check out will be offered to the guest). An admin fee of $60.00 will apply to all reservations where cancelled. Reservations cancelled between 15-30 days 50% of the total cost will be charged. For bookings cancelled between 0 and 7 days, there will be a 100% charge of the total booking if that reservation cannot be re-booked.
Gift Certificates must remain in the name of the original recipient unless otherwise amended with permission from management 3 days prior to arrival with valid credit card details. All Certificates are valid for 12months from the purchase date and after this date are subject to price increase as per the current rates and availability published via the website booking channel management.
